The Birštonas Sports center is a budgetary sports complex established by Birštonas municipality. The center organizes sports and welness events and festivals, competitions, trainings, chlidren sports and wellness camps. The center also gives various sports services like tennis, football, basketball, table tennis, gym and more.

The Elektrėnai sports, tourism and leisure center was established in 2003. This center includes 50m pool, judo and basketball halls, saunas, table tennis, billiard. In winter time there is an ice-rink open where World famous hockey-players Dainius Zubrus and Darius Kasparaitis started playing ice-hockey.
